Plan around your circumstances
Base access rules may restrict civilian trucks. Arrange a suitable off-base handover if needed and confirm any reimbursement rules with your own relocation office.
Choose your transport option
Open transport is a common starting point. Enclosed transport offers additional shelter. We’ll discuss the options for your vehicle and route, including any condition or access limitations.
Keep the handover organized
The driver needs reachable contacts at pickup and delivery. Inspect and photograph the vehicle before it leaves, then compare its condition at arrival and keep the paperwork.
