Information we need
Provide a vehicle list with locations, specifications and ready dates. A group shipment may need more than one carrier or delivery window; arrangements depend on available capacity.
Review the shipment before dispatch
Vehicle dimensions, running condition, release requirements and loading access all matter. Tell us about special handling needs before a carrier is arranged.
Communication at both ends
Keep a current contact for pickup and delivery. Share changes to opening hours or vehicle readiness as early as possible, and retain the inspection records for each unit.
