What determines my shipping quote?
Distance is only part of the price. Vehicle dimensions, running condition, trailer choice, dates and demand on your route also matter. Share these details so we can review your shipment.
When can I expect pickup and delivery?
We’ll discuss estimated pickup and transit windows when reviewing your route. Timing depends on carrier scheduling and distance, and may change with traffic, weather or operating conditions.
What if my car cannot be driven?
Mark it as non-running in the request and describe whether it can roll, steer and brake. That helps us check loading requirements. Special equipment or extra loading work may affect the price.
What should I do before the driver arrives?
Take clear photos, remove valuables and secure loose items. Tell us about modifications, leaks or mechanical problems. Check the assigned carrier’s fuel-level and personal-item instructions before handover.
How do I check the carrier’s coverage?
Ask for details of the assigned carrier’s cargo coverage, including limits and exclusions that apply to your vehicle. Keep the pickup condition report and compare it with the vehicle at delivery.
Can one request include several cars?
Yes—use “Add Vehicle” for each car. Include the condition and specifications of each one so we can review suitable arrangements for the whole shipment.
