Information we need
Give us the lot number, buyer details, release documents and condition information. Confirm loading assistance and any storage deadline with the auction directly.
Review the shipment before dispatch
Vehicle dimensions, running condition, release requirements and loading access all matter. Tell us about special handling needs before a carrier is arranged.
Communication at both ends
Keep a current contact for pickup and delivery. Share changes to opening hours or vehicle readiness as early as possible, and retain the inspection records for each unit.
