How the locations are chosen
Share the pickup and delivery addresses when arrangements are made. The carrier considers access restrictions, road width, overhead clearance and a safe place to load.
When a nearby meeting place helps
Large trucks cannot enter every driveway or neighborhood. If access is restricted, agree on a suitable nearby location with the driver before the truck arrives.
Who should be present
You or a designated representative should be available to inspect the car and complete the handover. Give the driver the right contact information for both ends of the journey.
